Jesse Jenifer, Asset Management

Jesse, known as JJ, is the Founder of CoZZZ Living, a modern housing company creating affordable, well-designed co-living communities that benefit residents, neighborhoods, and investors alike.

With experience managing hundreds of beds across multiple states, JJ brings a disciplined approach to acquisitions, underwriting, and operations—ensuring each project is both efficient and sustainable. He holds degrees in Economics and Computer Science from Binghamton University.

Outside of real estate, JJ enjoys golfing and spending time with his family at the beach, bringing a balanced, people-first perspective to everything CoZZZ Living builds.

Jimmy Diorio, Investor Relations

Jimmy began his real estate career in 2019 as a commercial broker in New York City, building a strong foundation in deal structuring and market analysis. Over six years, he closed more than 150 transactions, representing over 40 businesses.

At CoZZZ Living, Jimmy leads Investor Relations, serving as the primary point of contact for investors. He focuses on aligning capital partners with the firm’s strategy, communicating performance, and fostering long-term, trust-based relationships.

His experience across brokerage and investing enables him to support transparent capital formation while advancing CoZZZ Living’s mission of purpose-driven, community-focused housing.

Dr. JD Singh, Acquistions

Dr. Jasdeep(JD) Singh, comes from an intense academic background, spanning from a bachelor of Chemistry to pursuing his Medical Doctorate in Bariatric Surgery.

JD is a seasoned investor with diverse holdings. He is currently partnering on two self-storage facilities and a substantial ground-up development project, encompassing retail, commercial, and residential spaces. JD's successful track record includes revitalizing 14 hotels over an 8 year span, with operations spanning 7 different states.

J.D.’s extreme persistence and entrepreneurial spirit have led him into several business ventures, within the technological and real estate space.

Fluent in three languages, a stellar business acumen and a medical doctor make him an absolute asset, to our company, in a variety of ways. His innovative ways, help to leverage our growth, and his creative input has compelled us into several new opportunities.
